Med Bills grew out of nearly two decades of frontline operations experience, starting in call centers, moving through banking and telecom support, and eventually into building dedicated teams for eCommerce, SaaS, and healthcare clients. By 2018, that operating discipline turned into Med Bills: a team focused specifically on revenue cycle management for independent specialty practices.

The principle that carries through every engagement is simple: we don't manage a process we haven't worked ourselves. Eligibility, coding, claims, denials, follow-up, our team has sat in each of those seats.
